ADD Moms Podcast

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

I’m starting to enjoy recording audios for this site. Since this isn’t Tuesday, I decided to record something slightly longer and call it a podcast. As you can see, I have a player now, and if all goes well, I will be listed on the podcasts in iTunes soon. Podcasting Tuesday 10 Minute Tips

Monday, April 28th, 2008

Finding Someone Like You

That conference was one of the most memorable experiences of my life, and not just because of the experts involved or all that I learned. The most amazing thing to me was being surrounded by hundreds of adults just like me, who had Attention Deficit Disorder, and who totally understood me.

AD/HD and Cardiac Concerns?

Monday, April 21st, 2008

The American Heart Association is now recommending that children with AD/HD get an electrocardiogram before beginning ADD medication. Check out this article from The Wall Street Journal for more details.

Also - look for this week’s Tuesday 10 Minute Tip a little bit later on Tuesday. I’ve had an exhausting weekend - went out of town to visit my dad - and it’s not over yet.
