ADD Moms Podcast

I’m starting to enjoy recording audios for this site. Since this isn’t Tuesday, I decided to record something slightly longer and call it a podcast. As you can see, I have a player now, and if all goes well, I will be listed on the podcasts in iTunes soon. Even though this is a short post, the player doesn’t show up unless you click to read the entire post - just in case you were wondering.

This podcast is about following through or completing tasks, something that those of us with Attention Deficit Disorder struggle with all the time. I hope you enjoy it.
