The Gift of ADD

I’ve been through some rough times personally lately, due to my daughter’s illness. Most of my time has been spent at the hospital, and as a result, everything else has been somewhat neglected. I was beating myself up over it the other day, when some of my daughter’s friends came to visit because the house looked like a tornado had gone through it.

Do As I Say

Sometimes I should listen to my own advice. Many times, I’ve advised you to learn to stay in the moment, to focus on what’s happening right now rather than thinking about future events. Just last week, I talked about ADD minimums and learning what you need in order to function at your baseline level.
