Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD

by Brenda on January 28, 2009

I have had such a response to my articles about depression, anxiety, and ADHD that I have decided to start a group of some kind to continue the conversation. I have actually had a few requests for such a group and right now, I’m trying to decide on specifics.

If you would be interested in participating (totally free), please leave a comment below and let me know what kind of structure you would like – either a private one on one message board with just me, or a private group (like a Yahoo or Google group) where we could all share. Membership would be restricted to those invited.

Note: if you prefer, you can contact me personally. See the contact page above.

Brenda,I think that a private group where we could all share would be ideal.
Sharing can be a great way to cope and know that we are not alone.

I had one of my tweeple say she would love to have an exercise commitment group on Twitter… So perhaps sometype of twitter based support group would be a cool idea.

5-HTP, L-Tryptophan and GABA are food supplements that are very helpful in easing up Anxiety and Depression.

Thank you for sharing that Kristen! My daughter’s doctor actually suggested 5-HTP to her.
