I was recently contacted by Connie Stack, founder and co-creator of Free NCLB Tutoring, Inc. She asked me to help her inform parents of the free tutoring benefit that is part of the No Child Left Behind Act.
Connie says that while over 4 million kids were eligible to participate in the program in the 2007-2008 school year, only about 12% actually took advantage of the service.
