As ADDers we often find ourselves with too much to do and too little time to do it in. We have issues with time in general.
And no, don’t tell us that everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. We won’t believe you.
I found a great website that reviews a number of apps that can help you manage your time more effectively. But first, here are some general tips from me:
Don’t overbook yourself. Most ADD Moms have unrealistic expectations of what they can accomplish in a day or an hour or a week.
Estimate the time it will take and double it. If you finish early, enjoy your success.
Learn to delegate, prioritize and say no. You don’t have to do everything. And things done differently or imperfectly by someone else are still things you didn’t have to do.
