Choose a diet that emphasizes lean protein and fruits and vegetables. Go easy on dairy and gluten (wheat, barley, rye). Consider adding B vitamins, magesium, fish oil or flax to your diet.
I sent you a direct message, but not sure if it got through. I am a child psychologist and author of The Shut-Down Learner: Helping Your Academically Discouraged Child. I think you’d be interested in my book. Please let me know, and I will get it out to you.
If you like it, I’d appreciate your telling your community about it.
Along with my website, you can put in Shut-Down Learner on Facebook..
I would be very interested in your book and telling my readers about it! Based on the title alone, it sounds like you’ve absolutely got a handle on what kids with ADHD (and others too) go through. I can’t wait to read it!
