One of my favorite blogs is Small Notebook. The site owner, Rachel Meeks, always has good practical tips on her site about everything from organizing to cleaning and budgeting.
Plus she’s all about simplifying your life, which is an idea that I love. I’ve been really trying in the past few months to reduce the amount of stuff we have in our home, thanks in part to Rachel’s inspiration.
Rachel has just done a little redesigning or reorganizing on her site and I love the changes. She now has a group of links on her sidebar called Real Solutions.
Each Real Solution links you to helpful articles on organizing, cleaning, budgeting, clutter, routines and more. Is this an ADD Moms best friend or what?
Here are some of the things that Rachel writes about:
Under the Routines section, she has an article about her real life routine. Rachel has small children (and is so lucky to be living in Italy with her family right now) so she talks about how your routines need to be in place for you to get what needs to be done, done. But at the same time, we all have some sort of life that has to be dealt with, whether it’s small children or something else. Rachel shows us how to balance things out.
Under the clutter section, Rachel tells us how we can learn about decluttering from Janet Jackson.
Really. And no, I’m not going to tell you what it is. You’ll have to go read it for yourself.
I love it when I can find a good site with helpful information about we ADD Moms. I hope you’ll check Small Notebook out and I hope you like it as much as I do.
