My name is Brenda Nicholson. I used to be the woman that you are now.

But one day I got fed up with living a chaotic and frantic life.

I wanted a normal life.

One without dramas like looking for something I’d put in “a safe place” and could no longer find.

I found the way to a better life.

I used to be That Woman. I’m not That Woman anymore.

And you don’t have to be, either.

Learning to use a planner, for instance, or organize your desk. Those things are important, of course, but they are not enough to help you learn to manage your ADHD successfully long term.

My signature programs are different. We work on the quick solutions so that you can tame your chaotic life, but we also dig deeper.

We look at your self esteem, how you think and feel about yourself, and give you the tools to be more confident, more in control, and more authentically you.
